April 19
First Day of LoCo Boot Camp!
What I remember — when I wasn't huffing and puffing — is: “No runner left behind, sweep them in!” So in other words, if you happened to be one of the better runners of the group, you will be turning around and following the rest of the group back in. We also quacked like ducks around a circle while squatting with a resistance band around our ankles. That's all I remember, I was too tired — going through the motions and yawning and yawning and yawning.
Why was I there? :)
Tomorrow another great morning at boot camp and an afternoon meeting with Jenny Craig!
I hope my legs will still be working.
April 21 5:15AM
I woke up a couple minutes before my alarm! Maybe I could get used to this. I think I was able to fall asleep around 10:30 last night ,too, which is a great improvement from my normal 11:30/midnight bed call. I think I may talk to somebody at bootcamp this morning instead of just going through the motions with my eyes half shut.
I am the little train. I think I can! I think I can!
Later that day, 9PM
I am still sore from the exercises we did yesterday. I wonder how my body will take it when I wake up tomorrow? Will I even be able to move?
I went to J. Craig yesterday. Carol was fantastic to me and practically held my hand the whole time. The amount of food she was told me I could eat was enormous. But when I asked her further about it, she said the portions were pretty small. She was right. I am hungry and the idea of getting out the leftover green beans to snack on right now is not too appealing.
I know. I will drink more water! I hear it everywhere. Laura from LoCo Boot Camp sends me e-mails every day to drink more water. She tells us every morning we should drink more water and at J.Craig, I was told to drink a glass of water before meals and if I ever thought I had a craving.
I should drink water and see if my craving passes.
Maybe I will really spice it up and use a straw!
I am going to crawl in bed now, drink water and read a bit.
