Grand opening set for Tanger Outlet

Fun for the whole family will be on hand at the grand opening of Tanger Outlet I on U.S. 278 in greater Bluffton from March 31-April 3.

Here’s the schedule of events:

March 31

 

  • 11 a.m.: Ribbon-cutting ceremony with Steven B. Tanger, Gov. Nikki Haley and Dancing with the Stars’ Derek Hough
  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Coastal Discovery Museum exhibit
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m.: Fashions from Tanger stores will be featured on style stages
  • 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.: Dance with Derek Exhibition
  • 3 p.m.: Hilton Head Dance Theatre performs

 

April 1

 

  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Coastal Discovery Museum exhibit
  • 1 p.m.: Fred Astaire Dance Studio free clinic
  • 7 p.m.: Tanger Movie on the Green Night. Lay out your blankets and watch the Disney movie “Oceans” on the big screen. Refreshments will be available.

 

April 2

 

  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Coastal Discovery Museum exhibit
  • 11 a.m.-5 p.m.: Fashions from Tanger stores will be featured on style stages
  • 2 p.m.: Hilton Head Prep performs “Footloose”
  • 3-5 p.m.: USC Dance Team performance
  • 6 p.m.: Headliners perform

 

April 3

 

  • 11 a.m.-4 p.m.: Coastal Discovery Museum exhibit
  • Noon-4 p.m.: Fashions from Tanger stores will be featured on style stages
  • 2-4 p.m.: DJ Alan Palchack plays kid’s songs
