There’s no place like home, except maybe the South Carolina Aquarium!
The 4-D Theater at the aquarium in Charleston is featuring “The Wizard of Oz” with state-of-the-art special effects, including wind, lightning and many surprises. In the approximately 15-minute “The Wizard of Oz 4-D Adventure” the tornado carries moviegoers to the magical Land of Oz, where they join Dorothy, the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion as they battle the Wicked Witch on their journey to the Emerald City. The 4-D Theater combines 3-D imagery, interactive seating and special effects such as gusts of wind, splashes of water and floor movement.
